How Orders are Shipped

We use FedEx to deliver your order direct from our door to yours.

All of our tropical lei and flowers are fresh, washed, and inspected. They are then carefully packaged and sealed in a Tropical Flowers box. This is a long box specifically designed for shipping tropical flowers. The box has handling instructions on the outside to alert the courier as to the urgent and special care needed for the package.

Most items are shipped the next business day. Shipping directly from Hawaii and with the time difference we must receive your order early in the day to insure same day shipments. You can order your gift or party supplies in advance. There is a place on our shopping cart form where you can tell us the exact day you would like the order to arrive. We will figure out the appropriate day to ship your package based upon the destination and the shipping method you have chosen.

When your order is shipped you will receive confirmation via email that will list the packaging confirmation number. You can track your flowers from pickup to delivery to your door.

Shipments go out on weekdays only for delivery on weekdays only. FedEx will not deliver on weekends or Federal Holidays. FedEx can not deliver to a PO box address.

All orders are filled daily. If the flower you ordered is not blooming the order will be placed on BACKORDER and shipped when in bloom.
