Delivery Dates

Please choose a date you would like for your order to be delivered during checkout. Leave blank for delivery as soon as possible (following our guidelines shown below). Delivery days are Wednesday-Friday, and Saturday in the vast majority of US cities, excluding holidays. Requested delivery dates are not guaranteed but are 99% met. We cannot accept delivery time requests. Please check with FedEx for any questions on shipping/delivery times or dates. Orders received with a requested delivery date that is less than the minimum time required to process and deliver your order will be sent 'as soon as possible' using our guidelines shown below. By ordering, you acknowledge that no guarantees are made concerning delivery dates or times!

Shipping costs

The best way to calculate shipping costs is to place the items you choose in your shopping cart and then begin the checkout process. (You don't need to enter any billing or credit card information. Your order is not finalized until you have entered and submitted your credit card number.) Once you have entered the shipping information your invoice will show the exact charges to your destination. You can cancel the checkout process at any time and return to shopping. Please feel free to adjust your order any number of times to get the best products and shipping price.

Orders placed before 12 noon HST (Hawaii Standard Time) can be processed the next day The processing time for your order is generally 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Flowers are cut farm-fresh and we require at least 24 hours processing time to provide you the freshest flowers possible. (see current time in Hawaii) See chart above.

Orders placed after 12 noon HST (Hawaii Standard Time) can be processed in two days In order to allow us at least 24 hours processing time for your order, orders placed after 12 noon HST will be shipped on the second following shipping day. See chart above.

Once processed, orders are shipped in 2 days We use FedEx® Express for deliveries within the US. All deliveries take 2 days transit time. Saturday deliveries are available, if selected. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you once it is issued by the shipper.

Please ensure someone will accept the package upon its arrival. We do not require a signature for deliveries so your order may be left unattended, even in inclement weather. We cannot honor requests for a required signature. You are responsible for payment for all items shipped, accepted, signed for, or not.

Shipments to California, Arizona and Florida may be delayed due to Department of Agricultural random inspections. We do not offer any compensation for deliveries delayed by government inspections. Please schedule time-critical orders to arrive one day sooner.

It is our policy to cold weather pack all flower orders starting Nov. 1 until May 1. There is no extra charge for this service, again saving you money.

Shipping prices are weight based, not per item charges

We use weight-based shipping charges which saves you money. Rather than including shipping charges in each item's price, which unnecessarily multiplies your actual shipping charges, we charge per pound. This typically makes our shipping charges far less than any of our competitors. Your total shipping charges will appear on your invoice during checkout. Multiple items may be packaged together in a single box.

Shipping days from Hilo, Hawaii are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. See the FedEx website for their delivery Holidays, which are the same as ours.

Delivery area is limited to the 50 United States Emma's Flowers of Hawaii will ship to virtually any address within the US. However, we can't ship to P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, hospitals or ships.

Please be accurate in entering your shipping destination. Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in an additional $15.00 charge. This charge may be applied up to 45 days after your order, when we receive the billing from the shipper.

FedEx® Saturday delivery availability in some locations If you select FedEx Express Saturday Delivery there will be an additional shipping surcharge. Saturday service is available in the vast majority of U.S. cities. FedEx does not deliver to Hawaii or California on Saturday. Saturday deliveries are not available to California due to Department of Agricultural closings. We will automatically charge your credit card an additional $25 Saturday delivery fee if you select a Saturday delivery date and do not select FedEx Express Saturday Delivery as your shipping option! Tracking numbers will be e-mailed upon shipment You will receive an e-mail containing all needed information to track your order once your order has been placed into the shipper's tracking system. Your invoice also contains your order status link which can be used to view tracking information.

Cancellations We're sorry, but if you cancel your order for any reason we must charge a $15 administrative fee for the cancellation. Once an order has shipped an order cannot be cancelled for any reason. By ordering you agree to this and all other policies listed on this page.
